Despite rigorous testing under extreme conditions, certain issues arose that we could not have foreseen. I want to be upfront and acknowledge that we encountered setbacks, but we did not remain idle. We tackled the problems head-on, ensuring that we rectified any mishaps for those who had received a product that did not meet our standards. We have since ensured that all problematic products are no longer in circulation, and we are back to delivering the quality you have come to expect from us.

We have also noticed that some of you have had a less-than-ideal experience when ordering our products through Amazon. Reports of products arriving in a less-than-perfect state, appearing as if they have melted and re-solidified, are concerning.
